Facility Investments Supervisor Vacancy

Our Client Facility Investments is looking for x2 Supervisors that will facilitate and oversee delegation and mediation of employees throughout the company.

Job Description:

General supervision.
Maintaining Discipline.
Motivating subordinates.
Proper allocation of work.
Human relations specialist.
Optimum utilization of resources.
Ensuring effective communication.
Coordinating job rotation and cross-training.
Training or ensure skill transfer between workers.
Scheduling work hours and shifts on management approval.

Requirements:

Code B Drivers License.
Excellent leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer-service skills.
Must be at least 25 years of age.
Computer literacy: Microsoft package.
No criminal record or previous conviction.
Grade 10 or equivalent NQA qualification.
Valid Certificate of Conducts from Namibian Police.
Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory position.
