Facility Investments cc is looking for x2 managers that is able to ensure the efficient and effective operation of their team or department, meet organizational goals, and support the achievement of the company’s mission and objectives. Working environment: Gambling House and Bar.

Job Description:

• Preparing music playlists.
• Planning for special events.
• Managing social media platforms.
• Determining employees’ schedules.
• Overseeing pricing and stock control.
• Maintaining budget and monitor costs.
• Tracking customer behaviour and sales.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Appropriately delegates tasks to employees.
• Ensuring that premises are clean at all times.
• Preparing promotional material and displays.
• Ensuring compliance with law and regulations.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
• Initiating and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Training, supervising and appraising employees.
• General management of business establishments.
• Selecting and purchasing liquor and other supplies.
• Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets.
• Planning and directing the day-to-day operations of business establishments.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 30 years of age.
• No criminal record or conviction.
• Experience in Point-of-Sales software.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft package.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Minimum 2 years work experience at supervising positions.
• Prior experience working in an entertainment establishment or restaurant.
• Qualification in hotel and restaurant management will be an added advantage.
• National Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/Marketing or related fields.
