PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  1. Office Administration Assistance:
  • Maintain filing systems manually and digitally.
  • Draft and communicate reports to management effectively.
  • Develop knowledge of the client’s business and HR systems.
  • Forward incoming mails promptly to the appropriate recipients.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across HR administration aspects.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and documents using word processing and spreadsheet software.

2. Human Resource Administration:

  • Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain client staff files and documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate assessments and tests for client recruitment.
  • Contribute to process and compliance audits within HR activity.
  • Assist in Social Security registration and PAYE application processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and appraisals to maximize contribution.
  • Manage HR administration for client staff, including contracts and benefits.

3. Client Account Management (Client Satisfaction):

  • Provide weekly feedback on client interactions.
  • Conduct regular client visits with team members.
  • Respond promptly to client interactions and queries.
  • Build quality relationships with client key role players.
  • Follow through on action points from stakeholder meetings.
