  1. Accurate Payroll Processing:
  • Deduct taxes, benefits, and other withholdings accurately.
  • Gather and verify payroll data, including timesheets and attendance records.
  • Calculate and disburse employee compensation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage payroll adjustments promptly, including terminations and salary changes.

2. Compliance and Statutory Adherence:

  • Accurately track and document leave balances for employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including remitting contributions to authorities within deadlines.

3. Employee Support and Communication:

  • Utilize feedback to improve payroll processes continuously.
  • Resolve payroll-related conflicts and discrepancies professionally.
  • Communicate payroll-related information clearly to clients and respond to inquiries promptly.

4. System Management:

  • Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
  • Manage payroll systems and setup, including proficiency in Employee Self Service (ESS) platforms.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain secure documentation for review and reference purposes.
  • Produce accurate payroll reports according to established schedules and deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to payroll reporting.

6. Financial Understanding:

  • Understand payroll taxation concepts and their impact on financial statements.
  • Utilize mathematical principles and calculator operations for accurate payroll processing.

Main Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
  • Familiarity with CTC structure and statutory leave entitlements.
  • Proficiency in PAYE calculations and payroll system administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration or related field.
  • Alignment with company values, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
