Our client, Otjozondju Mining, is seeking a motivated and analytical Accountant to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, and compliance functions within the organization. The job description includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities and requirements:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with audits and financial reviews
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Monitor and manage company assets and asset registers
- Perform reconciliations and monitor financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Support management with financial analysis and recommendations

OPPORTUNITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Relevant accounting experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
